How we deliver exceptional service
  • Our business is highly organised. We have well evolved teams dedicated to specific tasks, so that our account managers can focus on ensuring you get just what you need.
  • We invest heavily in a robust mobilisation process, because we know that investment at this stage is highly critical to the smooth running of your facilities in the long term.
  • We limit growth to 15% and we limit the number of contracts assigned to our account managers - to ensure we can deliver a best in class service on every contract, for the duration, not just at the start!

Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.
