Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Air Quality in the workplace

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Jaguar have been looking to assist our customers in welcoming their tenants and visitors back into their buildings. Cleanliness within the workplace has never been more important and the need to ensure good air quality when offices are reoccupied will be crucial.

We have installed air purification systems and air monitoring sensors within some of our client’s properties and these have proven to be very successful. The air purification units are easily integrated within the existing air conditioning systems, disinfecting the air and decontaminating surfaces that come into contact with the treated air.

Our Technical Team save the day!

In building services, we often talk of critical power and a recent emergency call to our Technical Services Department about a loss of power turned out to be just that!

The team were called to one of our buildings following a report by a tenant of a loss of power. On arrival our guys were advised that the tenant, a fertility clinic, had lost input power to their UPS system which provides power to their laboratories. A quick assessment of the infrastructure found the supply cable to the UPS Input switchboard had been damaged by construction workers in the loading ...

Introducing Jaguar's Innovation and Systems Manager

We are delighted to announce Chris Howlett’s promotion to Innovation and Systems Manager here at Jaguar.

Having started as an Improver in 2004, Chris has had a busy 17 years progressing to an Engineer, a Site Manager, a Mobilisation Manager and more recently to an Account Manager.

Chris will be responsible for the review and implementation of innovative solutions across the business whilst driving the utilisation of proven Smart Tech in the buildings that we manage.

Jaguar Projects secure CAT A fit out at Exchequer Court

A very happy Friday for our Projects team!

Jaguar Projects have secured the works to complete a the CAT A installation at Exchequer Court. This will incorporate the full mechanical, BMS design and build services, as well as the refurbishment of the WC’s & public health services.

The team will be working closely with our preferred supply chain to complete the works on time and within budget. Jaguar Projects will be sharing further updates as the project develops.

One Westferry Circus team achieve excellent audit results

Our engineering team at One Westferry Circus have yet again achieved an excellent audit score. Site Manager Dean Higgs along with Domenico, Stephen and Shannon do a brilliant job in maintaining the building to the very highest of standards.

Jaguar secure hard services contract at The Bailey

We are delighted to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar have secured the M&E engineering services contract at The Bailey, 16 Old Bailey.

Located directly opposite Old Bailey High Court, the building was renovated in 2021 into high quality flexible office accommodation. The Grade II listed front section originally constructed in the early 20th Century has been preserved in the renovation works.

Jaguar Projects success!
Feb. 12, 2021

Our Projects team have secured the Sprinkler enhancement works at one Jaguar’s sites, 33 Cavendish Square.

The installation will involve new main Trunk Values and a 25 Year Sprinkler Inspection. The team will also be replacing the existing Sprinkler Heads in the basement carpark.

We look forward to seeing the finished results!
