Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering..

Jaguar Building Services Secure Lloyd’s of London Hard Services Contract

Jaguar are pleased to announce they have been appointed by Lloyd's of London to provide critical hard services at their iconic 1986 Building in a three-year deal.

Lloyd's is the world's leading insurance market providing specialist insurance services to businesses in over 200 countries. Jaguar will be responsible for the Lloyd’s building in One Lime Street, and a further two associated properties across Lloyd’s London and South East portfolio.

Health & Safety Advisor Louise Davies joins Jaguar

We were very pleased to welcome Louise Davies to our team this week.

Louise will be working alongside our Health and Safety Manager Carolyn Moth, ensuring the department maintains Jaguar’s reputation for high Health & Safety standards across their portfolio.

Louise has extensive experience having previously worked for a Health and Safety consultancy, and is a Technical member of IOSH. She is also currently studying for the NEBOSH Diploma.

Louise said; “I have been made to feel very welcome by all at JBS, and hope my knowledge and experience within the industry will be of great benefit to our site teams.”

Jaguar Appointed at One Elephant Central

We are pleased to announce Jaguar were successful in securing the M&E contract for phase 1 of One Elephant Central located on Elephant Road.

Elephant Central is a stylish, contemporary development that is part of a regeneration programme across Elephant & Castle town centre. The development consists of both Residential and student accommodation in three Tower Blocks as well as retail Outlets including a Sainsbury's Supermarket, Restaurants and retail units on two levels.

The benefits of the redevelopment include 979 new homes, approximately 175,000 sq. ft. of new leisure facilities, 2.5 acres of high quality public realm and a new Northern Line entrance.
