Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar are appointed at Paddington Central
Aug. 16, 2019

Jaguar Building Services will be providing the mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements at several British Land properties across the Paddington Central Campus.

Located next to Paddington Station in London’s West End, the Campus is a mixture of office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure spaces. Jaguar will be responsible for the M&E services throughout the Estate, including buildings 3 Sheldon Square, 2 Kingdom Street and 4 Kingdom Street along with numerous tenants: Sodexo, Storey Club and Finastra.

CBRE appoints Jaguar Building Services at Rathbone Square
Aug. 9, 2019

We are pleased to announce the award of a new 3-year contract with CBRE to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance services at Rathbone Square.

Situated just off Oxford Street, the Square is made up of 243,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space and provides 140 private residential apartments, complete with a mixture of cafés, boutique shops and restaurants.

Jaguar secures three-year term at 88 Wood Street
Aug. 2, 2019

Following a recent re-tender process, Jaguar have been appointed a further three-year contract term at 88 Wood Street.

We will be continuing to provide the M&E building maintenance for the 18-storey structure which has been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2009. The new contract will commence on 1st September 2019.

Excellent result for the Jaguarrr Pirates!
July 26, 2019

The Jaguarrrrr Pirates braved the heat and torrential rain yesterday for the annual Dragon Boat Race at Paddington Basin. Our team raised essential funds for charity COSMIC (Children of St. Mary’s Intensive Care) and despite it being the hottest day of the year, we came in at a very impressive 4th place out of 18 teams!

Jaguar are appointed at the Blue Fin Building
July 17, 2019

Jaguar Building Services have been appointed to provide M&E maintenance services at the Blue Fin Building located on Southwark Street.

The landmark site covers approximately 498,907 ft² and is primarily used as office space. Just a short walk from the Millennium Bridge, the Blue Fin gets its name from the unique 2,000 blue aluminium fins that cover its facade.

The resident engineering team is made up of 11 employees, dedicated to providing the mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services required within the building.

Work Experience at Jaguar Building Services
July 12, 2019

We have had the pleasure of Kai and Lily in our Head Office this week for their work experience placements. Kai is currently managing his own online clothing brand alongside full time college. He has spent time with our Accounts, Marketing and HR teams to learn the ropes of how to run a successful business. Lily has worked within Jaguar’s Mobilisation, I.T. and CAFM departments and has experienced all things M&E!
