Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar secures RoSPA Gold Award

Jaguar Building Services are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Gold RoSPA award for our health & safety operation in 2019.

The achievement acknowledges our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our colleagues, customers and contractors.

Jaguar secure 50 Bank Street
March 23, 2020

Further to a recent tender process, we are pleased to announce that Jaguar Building Services have been awarded a three- year M&E contract at 50 Bank Street.

The 216,000 sq. ft. building is located within the heart of Canary Wharf and overlooks Jubilee Place.

The contract commencing in April 2020 will be led by Account Manager Ian Fairley and a team of six site-based staff.

Jaguar’s Account Management team expands

We are delighted to announce the introduction of Andrew Ghagan to our Account Management team.

Andrew's career at Jaguar began in 2016 as a Site Manager, eventually progressing to Support Engineering Supervisor in 2019. Andrew has a varied technical background and has significant experience in dealing with our customers and onsite teams.

Jaguar retain Kings Place in three-year deal
March 13, 2020

We are pleased to announce that following a competitive re-tender process, Jaguar have been awarded a new three-year M&E contract at Kings Place.

The 339,000 sq. ft. building is a mixed-use development combining a seminal office building with a waterfront restaurant and music & arts facilities. The contract was first awarded to Jaguar in 2008 when the building first opened.

International Women's Day 2020

The 8th of March 2020 is a date set to celebrate women’s social, economic, cultural & political achievements and call for gender equality.

Although engineering remains a male dominated environment, Jaguar are dedicated to bringing talented women into our organisation and helping them to develop their careers. This is evidenced not only at our Head Office, where two of six directors are female, but also within our Account Management team and across our wider portfolio.

Jaguar prepares for our first 'Nuclear Race!'
Feb. 27, 2020

Jaguar will be taking part in our first ‘Nuclear Race’ on 16th May 2020 to help raise money for three special girls, Violet, Seren-Rose and Edie. Monies raised will continue to fund their treatment and specialist therapies.

Our team of 21 will be battling the infamous deathslide, para-plunge zip-lines & more at the course held in Brentwood, Essex.

Jaguar expands Account Management Team
