Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar Projects secure LED Lighting Installation at Devonshire House
Nov. 27, 2019

Jaguar Projects were recently awarded the LED Lighting Installation replacement works at Devonshire House.

Our Projects team successfully completed each stairwell over a weekend, the total project duration therefore completing in just four weeks. Lux levels within the staircases are now significantly enhanced and energy savings are underway.

The new LED technology installed provides an enhanced lifespan over conventional fluorescent fittings, thus reducing both lamp purchase costs and ongoing maintenance to undertake lamp changes.

Jaguar's Technical Team offer a wide range of services
Nov. 15, 2019

Our Technical department recently amended an Electrical Services Schematic Diagram for our customer at 72 Welbeck Street. Various tenant LV supplies had been relocated and removed, and our Technical Team updated the DWG file using AutoCAD to reflect the current state of the system.

Three A0 copies of the new schematic will be delivered to site, two of which have been laminated for display within the LV switchrooms.

The New Jaguar Netball Team

Jaguar’s very first company-wide Netball Match held at St Botolphs Netball Court was a great success! Bebe Ray, Contracts Administrator ensured we all kept to the rules, Operations Director, Steve Jackaman was on top form as Goal Keeper, and Account Manager Graham McSorley received the tournament’s MVP for an outstanding performance.

An excellent effort as always from all of our players and spectators across the organisation. As we continue to grow, it can be challenging to bring everyone together, the Netball match was a fantastic way to achieve this with some teamwork thrown in - it turns out we ...

Jaguar Projects Secure Lloyd’s of London CRAC Replacement Project

Jaguar Projects have been awarded the works to replace the AC units within one of the data suites at Lloyd's of London, Lime Street. The existing units have reached the end of their useful life, old technology belt driven fans will be replaced with electrically commutated (EC) fan technology allowing for fan modulation and direct drive operation offering far superior energy efficiencies.
