Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar secure Thames Court
Dec. 2, 2020

Following a competitive tender process, Jaguar are delighted to announce that we have secured the hard services contracts for both Thames Court and Rabobank.

The building is located on Upper Thames Street and covers 322,900 sq ft along the front of the River Thames. The central skylit atrium is the buildings focal point, with offices arranged over five upper floors.

The on-site team will be led by our new Account Manager Lee Tristram, who has over 20 years’ experience working in critical systems for a leading US Investment Bank.

Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, a majority of this has been spent working in critical systems for a leading global US Investment Bank. Lee’s expertise in this field brings key operating experience in business-critical systems which will continue to enhance the engineering capabilities at Jaguar.

Jaguar secure 107 Cheapside, London EC2

Jaguar are pleased to announce that we will be providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance requirements at 107 Cheapside.

The building covers 183,000 sq ft of Cheapside and is centrally located within London’s business space of EC2, just two minutes' walk from Bank, St Paul’s, and Cannon Street stations. The area is well known for its renowned shopping centre, One New Change and is a sought-after location for businesses looking for contemporary office space within the City.

The prestigious international health and safety award has been given despite tough lockdown restrictions and ever-changing health and safety regulations.

We are proud to be a Living Wage Employer!

The Living Wage foundation is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by nearly 6,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a fair day's pay for a hard day's work.

Excellent audit scores for the team at 150 Cheapside

We have had some excellent examples of 'going the extra mile' over the last three months, so thank you to our colleagues for your exceptional work during this challenging time.

Alongside three other worthy winners of our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ scheme, the team at 150 Cheapside were nominated for consistent outstanding audit scores.

Following an audit by an external consultant that covered the first 6 months of 2020, the 150 Cheapside site team earned a score of 96%. This audit included the lockdown period, during which the building remained open to tenants, with the team adjusting their working methods ...
