Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar Secure prestigious Belgrave House

We are delighted to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar have been appointed the hard services contract at Belgrave House, SW1.

The prestigious building located on Buckingham Palace Road provides 270,000 square feet of office space over six floors and has a unique open terrace and winter garden on the fifth floor.

Celebrating Women in Engineering Day 2020

Jaguar are proud to celebrate and support Women in Engineering Day 2020. National Women in Engineering Day was launched for the first time in the UK on 23 June 2014 and was introduced to help recognise females working within the engineering industry.

We actively encourage and promote gender diversity and equality throughout our organisation and have seen the number of women entering into the industry steadily rising over the years.

Jaguar secure Television Centre M&E contract in White City
June 22, 2020

We are pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Building Services have been awarded the hard services contract at the Television Centre in White City.

Starting this month, Jaguar will be responsible for the electrical, mechanical and fabric services for the portfolio, including the estates signature Courtyard Grade II listed apartments and the Television Centre itself, covering over 1.4 million sq. ft.

Mobilisation has already begun on the estate, with our Technical Services and Health & Safety Teams undertaking assessments to improve service performance, whilst looking at ways to reduce running costs moving forward.

We're delivering for North Paddington Foodbank!

We are proud to announce that our team at Paddington Central will be partnering with North Paddington Food Bank and will be performing weekly deliveries over the next 6 weeks.

Under normal circumstances, people with little or no money make their way to the foodbank to collect food parcels, however due to COVID-19 the bank has had to stop collections and carry out deliveries instead.

Understandably, this has put a huge strain on the needs of the food bank and demands have increased by over 500% in the last few months. Jaguar have volunteered to help ease this strain and ...

Jaguar Projects secure Rising Busbar replacement at Kinnaird House
May 29, 2020

Jaguar Projects are delighted to have been awarded the project works to replace the Rising Busbar at the prestigious Kinnaird House, Pall Mall, London, SW1.

The project will involve the replacement of the existing busbar with a new installation including the necessary enabling and builders works to permit installation out of hours with minimal disruption to the tenants of the building.

The works will commence shortly and last approximately 6 weeks following design and manufacture of the components.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, Jaguar are continuing to encourage our employees to actively participate in taking care of their mental health.

All Jaguar members have access to resources such as Perkbox, Vitality and can receive independent financial advice from PK Employee Benefits - all offering excellent guidance to reduce stress and support a healthy mind.

We also have 11 qualified Mental Health First Aiders within the organisation, who have been introduced to help tackle the stigma that still surrounds mental health in the workplace and to provide support for those who need it.
