Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar Projects success!
Feb. 12, 2021

Our Projects team have secured the Sprinkler enhancement works at one Jaguar’s sites, 33 Cavendish Square.

The installation will involve new main Trunk Values and a 25 Year Sprinkler Inspection. The team will also be replacing the existing Sprinkler Heads in the basement carpark.

We look forward to seeing the finished results!

Great news for our enginnering team at 88 Wood Street...

Our engineering team at 88 Wood Street were recently nominated through Jaguar’s ‘Employee of the Quarter’ scheme. The team were commended for their excellent Water Hygiene Audit Report, our customer commented:

“Many thanks for the teams continued high-quality service within the building, it is an exceptional result given the challenges you are currently experiencing on-site. Please pass on my appreciation for the commitment that the team continue to show to the building every day and especially in a very difficult 2020.”

Jaguar secure several new propeties in EC2, EC3, EC4 & SE1

Jaguar are continuing into 2021 with more positive news...

We are excited to announce that we have been appointed as the chosen service providers for the M&E maintenance services in EC2, EC3, EC4 and SE1.

As always, our teams have been working hard to ensure that the new properties are fully supported, mobilised and ready to go from day 1.

A huge thank you goes to our Mobilisation, Account Management and Site teams for continuing to provide our clients both existing and new, with an excellent service.

A positive start to 2021...

Happy New Year!

We are delighted to be starting 2021 with some good news from our Projects department, who have successfully secured a second project at Belgrave House.

The project works will involve the design and replacement of the landlords BMS System from basement level, to floor 5. The Projects team will be working in collaboration with the incumbent BMS service provider and Jaguar’s onsite maintenance team.

The Project duration will be approximately 20 weeks, with works already well underway.

We’re doing things a little differently this year…

As this year has been so different for all of us in so many ways, Jaguar decided to change our approach to gift giving in 2020.

For the last 25 years, Jaguar have delivered small gift packages to all of our clients’ premises as a token of our thanks for their ongoing custom and support. This year, due to the real suffering caused in many areas of our society, we have instead decided to support some of those struggling to exist in what has become a very tough environment for many.

We are therefore contributing £30K to the Trussell Trust ...

Welcoming Richard Horton to our HO Account Management team

We are delighted to welcome Richard Horton to our Account Management team based at Head Office.

Richard started with Jaguar in 2014 as a Capacity Manager and has worked at several sites across the organisation. In 2017, Richard became a Site Based Account Manager for some of our largest estates, managing the portfolios through notoriously challenging defect liability periods.

Jaguar Projects secure Chiller Replacement at Eastworth House, Chertsey
Dec. 10, 2020

Jaguar Projects were awarded the works to replace the existing Chiller at Eastworth House with a new high efficiency Daikin Screw Inverter Chiller.

In addition to this, Jaguar Projects will also be replacing the duty / standby Primary Chilled Water Pump Set and will be undertaking a building wide flushing exercise of the Chilled Water System.

Works are currently ongoing and the project completion date is scheduled for this month.
