Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Account Manager Danny Noakes joins Jaguar

We are delighted to welcome Danny Noakes, Account Manager to Jaguar’s Head Office team. Danny has worked within the building services industry for several years, starting his career as an Installation Electrician within the corporate services sector.

Danny will be responsible for several properties across Jaguar’s portfolio and will be working alongside our existing Account and Senior Account Management teams to ensure our customers and onsite engineers are supported.

Jaguar Running Team take on JLL Property 5K

We are very proud of our Jaguar running team who completed the annual JLL Property 5K in Regents Park last night.

The whole team made an impressive effort to train and beat their 2018 times. Chris Cook, Site Manager at Moor Place managed to come 4th out of 383 runners!

Another great win for our Projects team!

We are delighted to announce that Jaguar Projects have been appointed to carry out the Main AHU Replacement at Sovereign House.

The new units will incorporate heat recovery systems, variable speed drives and a new contemporary control system.

The aim of the project will be to improve the efficiency of the plant and drastically reduce the energy consumption that is currently used.

Jaguar secure contract to deliver M&E services at 1 Angel Court

Jaguar Building Services have been appointed by Savills in a 3-year M&E maintenance contract at 1 Angel Court.

Angel Court is located within the Bank Conservation Area in the heart of the city, covering 300,000 sq. ft of office accommodation, restaurant, retail and public urban spaces.

The unique building also offers 360° panoramic views of the city over 18 floors, including Garden Floors, Sky Floors, high-level roof gardens and terraces.

Jaguar Projects Secure Conqueror & Endeavour House Fire Alarm Replacement Project

We are pleased to announce that Jaguar Projects have been awarded the Fire Alarm replacement works at both Conqueror & Endeavour House, Vision Business Park, Cambridge.

Both Endeavour and Conqueror House are purpose-built commercial office accommodation occupying approximately 23,000 sq. ft. Jaguar Projects will be replacing the Landlord’s Hybrid Fire Alarm System in both buildings.

The new Fire Alarm System will be fully analogue addressable and based upon an Open Protocol platform.

Jaguar are appointed at Paddington Central

Jaguar Building Services will be providing the mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements at several British Land properties across the Paddington Central Campus.

Located next to Paddington Station in London’s West End, the Campus is a mixture of office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure spaces. Jaguar will be responsible for the M&E services throughout the Estate, including buildings 3 Sheldon Square, 2 Kingdom Street and 4 Kingdom Street along with numerous tenants: Sodexo, Storey Club and Finastra.

CBRE appoints Jaguar Building Services at Rathbone Square
Aug. 9, 2019

We are pleased to announce the award of a new 3-year contract with CBRE to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance services at Rathbone Square.

Situated just off Oxford Street, the Square is made up of 243,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space and provides 140 private residential apartments, complete with a mixture of cafés, boutique shops and restaurants.
