Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering..

“Exceptional Standard” Audit Score for Jaguar

We are delighted announce that our team at 100 New Oxford Street achieved an “Exceptional Standard” score during a recent site audit carried out by an external consultant.

A huge congratulations and thank you to our Site Manager, Allan Taylor for all of the hard work that helped achieve the great result.

Gold Environment Certification
Jaguar Building Services Awarded Gold Environment Certification

Congratulations to our engineering team at Park House who achieved the Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice. Jaguar were presented with the Gold Environment Certification at the Houses of Parliament on November 12th, 2018.

The project was undertaken to improve the efficiency of the plant equipment at Park House located in Finsbury Circus. Our team worked in collaboration with CBRE to wholly understand the energy demands of the building equipment used, and as a result, a number of reduction opportunities were discovered.

Jaguar Building Services Secure Lloyd’s of London Hard Services Contract

Jaguar are pleased to announce they have been appointed by Lloyd's of London to provide critical hard services at their iconic 1986 Building in a three-year deal.

Lloyd's is the world's leading insurance market providing specialist insurance services to businesses in over 200 countries. Jaguar will be responsible for the Lloyd’s building in One Lime Street, and a further two associated properties across Lloyd’s London and South East portfolio.
