As a family business we deliver exemplary customer service by putting our staff and customers at the heart of everything we do.

Priding ourselves on Technical Excellence

As a specialist in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems, technical competence is crucial.

We have a robust technical interview, which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.

We issue knowledge guides to our staff identifying precisely what we expect them to know about the systems in their charge, as well as building-specific information, such as points of isolation and system set-points.

No one knows everything, so we ensure that our Accounts Managers are equipped to support our site teams. Lastly, our Technical department are at hand to offer support and advice across the full spectrum of Building Services engineering.

Jaguar are appointed at One Embassy Gardens
Feb. 11, 2020

Jaguar Building Services are delighted to have secured a 12-month contract to deliver hard services at One Embassy Gardens, SW1.

The building is part of a wider development at Nine Elms, The Embassy Gardens Estate which spans 15 acres located on London’s South Bank. One Embassy Gardens is the flagship building within the portfolio made up of both office and retail space covering 215,000 square feet.

Jaguar will be providing ongoing mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements to the building.

An exciting start to 2020 for Jaguar!

We’re starting our first month of 2020 with some very exciting news, as we secure two new contracts in E14 and SW1! Further details will be released soon.

2019 was one of our most successful years on record, retaining 100% of our existing business and securing our highest number of new contracts, whilst employing over 150 new members of staff. We look forward to another exciting year of growth!

Jaguar Projects team secure BMS Replacement at 41 Eastcheap
Jan. 23, 2020

We are pleased to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Projects have been awarded the BMS & Valve replacement works at 41 Eastcheap.

The building is centrally located adjacent to the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building and offers approximately 20,000 ft² of commercial office space.

Our Projects team will be replacing the existing Building Management System, including all Fan Coil Unit Controllers, 4-port Control Actuators and Valve Bodies.

The Jaguar team were pictured this week in the very Christmassy reception at 1 Westferry Circus alongside Helix Property Advisors.

A Successful Christmas Day at Ivy Street!

Every year, our partner charity Ivy Street hosts a Christmas Day for the children and parents that visit the centre. This year, our Managing Director Paul Roberts was Santa! Jenny Graham our CAFM Supervisor, Neil House, Support Engineer Supervisor and Bebe Ray, Mobilisation & Contracts Administrator were all on hand to help and the afternoon was a huge success.
