    Tomorrow, Saturday 10th October is World Mental Health Day.

    At Jaguar, we have implemented a variety of both internal and external support networks to ensure that our employees feel supported at work. We have also introduced a portal accessible to all Jaguar members, which offers advice on how to improve overall wellbeing, handy apps & websites, tips on getting a restful nights sleep and much more.

    Our Perkbox platform offers a bespoke Employee Assistance Programme, which is available to all members and offers professional guidance from a counsellor or advisor for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, debt, bereavement, relationships and work.

  • Kealey Langdon, Site Manager does some great work at the Blue Fin Building

    Oct. 2, 2020

    Kealey Langdon, Non Technical Site Manager at the Blue Fin Building recently won Jaguar’s ‘Employee of the Quarter ’award for her management of the water treatment onsite. Our customer commented: “We have achieved a result at a cost far lower than we were being quoted by other consultants.” As a result of Kealey’s efforts, the buildings water quality is in excellent condition.

    We are so proud to have achieved the RoSPA Gold Award this year. The Health & Safety Awards ceremony was held virtually due to COVID-19, so our Health and Safety team have had their own mini (socially distanced) celebration at Jaguar's Head Office!

  • Jaguar retain Park House, EC2

    Sept. 9, 2020

    Following a competitive tender process, we are delighted to announce that Jaguar have retained the hard services contract at Park House, EC2.

    The Grade II listed building has now been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio for over 8 years. It covers 190,000 sq ft., overlooking the prestigious Finsbury Circus - the largest open space in the City.

  • Jaguar Projects secure Boiler Replacement at 70 Gracechurch Street

    We are delighted to announce that Jaguar Projects recently secured the Boiler replacement project at 70 Gracechruch Street. The project is set to last around 28 weeks and works will begin next month.

  • Jaguar Apprentice's create new workshop at Lloyd's of London

    Aug. 28, 2020

    Jaguar Apprentices, Alfie Webb and Charlie Gates have recently assisted in transforming the Lloyd’s building basement workshop. With the help of resident Electrician Roger Taylor and Logistics Manager Andrew Henderson, over the last few weeks the space has been cleared and refurbished by Strata Projects and will soon be ready as a fully operational workshop.

    We have also recently installed a Fire Alarm training panel to assist our Apprentices with obtaining their qualifications. This will enable them to practice the routine maintenance required to ensure that the Fire Alarm system is working correctly, and will also provide them with live system simulated exposure to faults that could potentially occur.

  • A successful planned Building Shutdown from Jaguar's Technical Team...

    Throughout the lockdown, alongside our on-site teams, Jaguar’s Technical Department have worked tirelessly to ensure that our customers buildings remain well maintained, functional and safe.

    From a technical viewpoint, it is evident that the M&E operation and maintenance tasks of practically unoccupied premises have proven to be equally as demanding as fully occupied ones.

    Last weekend, our Technical Team carried out yet another successful HV/LV planned Building Shutdown in the West End of London. The Transformers needed a thorough clean out of dust and debris and the HV cable boxes were also inspected and cleaned.     We are delighted to announce that over the last couple of months, we have been participating in an exciting new partnership with Future Frontiers.

    Future Frontiers are an award-winning education charity on a mission to ensure young people from low income families fulfil their potential at school and beyond. To do this, they match young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to a coach from an established business, who helps them discover and explore careers that inspire them and works with them to build a plan to get there.

    Future Frontiers have trained all of our coaches to deliver their structured and fully resourced programme and we currently have 15 Jaguar coaches across the organisation helping young people.

  • Jaguar secures Procession House at 55 Ludgate, EC4

    July 17, 2020

    We are pleased to announce that Jaguar will be providing mechanical, electrical and building fabric services at Procession House located at 55 Ludgate, EC4.

    Occupying a 0.7 acre island site at Ludgate Hill, the property provides 105,944 sq ft. of office, retail and accommodation space overlooking the Old Bailey and St Paul’s Cathedral. The building has recently undergone a major refurbishment to significantly improve its visitor’s arrival experience which was completed earlier this year.
