  • Jaguar Projects welcomes Project Manager Darren Moss to the team

    Darren Moss has joined Jaguar as the latest addition to our Projects department. He has spent his 38-year career in a wide range of roles including; Building Surveyor, Draughtsman, Project Manager and has recently moved from a Government Operations and Facilities Management role.

    Darren’s breadth of experience across multiple disciplines has provided him with knowledge of office, retail, specialist laboratory and emergency operation room installations. We are confident that Darren’s broad knowledge and expertise will be of great benefit to both his team and our customers.

  • Jaguar secure a further 3-year M&E contract at 1 St Martins Le Grand

    We are pleased to announce that following a recent re-tender process, Jaguar have been appointed as the M&E contractors for a further 3-year term at 1 St Martins Le Grand.

    Despite numerous re-tenders in 2018, we are very proud to advise that we did not lose a single static site last year. We understand that this significant achievement is heavily dependent on our dedicated onsite engineering teams, who work extremely hard to provide a first-class service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.

  • Elliott Taylor and Lee Walker join Jaguar’s Account Management team

    I am delighted to announce the introduction of Lee Walker and Elliott Taylor to our Head Office Account Management team.

    Seeing Lee and Elliott move into senior positions within our business is particularly satisfying. Both are long serving team members with an amazing 46 years of combined service between them!

    Lee joined us as a Handyman in 1992 and Elliott in 1999 as a Mechanical Improver.

    Under our sponsorship, they gained electrical trade qualifications with us in their early days and have gone on to progress through our ranks. They have both been extremely successful as site-based Managers and I’m sure the experience gained in their previous roles will figure prominently when leading their new teams.

  • International Law Firm Appoints Jaguar Building Services

    I am delighted to announce the award of a new two-year agreement to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance services at One Bishops Square.

    Located in the heart of Spitalfields, this 825,000 sq. ft property is home to an international law firm and houses over 2500 members of staff. The building includes an international business centre, three atriums and a variety of fitness facilities.

    Headed by Sally Burton, our Mobilisation department will conduct a comprehensive mobilisation of the building and our Technical Services Team, led by Tony Jackaman will perform a complete engineering operational review and a CIBSE TM22 Energy Assessment.

    We are pleased to introduce Arron Walker as the latest addition to our Account Management Team. Arron has over 17 years of industry experience, 10 of which have been in a critical environment. As an Account Manager at JBS, Arron will be responsible for supporting a division of our site teams and will be an immediate contact for our customers.

    Our Water Treatment Consultant Stuart Colvin is preparing to carry out routine on-site analysis of closed circuits using the latest photometer equipment.

    Regular on-site analysis of closed circuits allows systems conditions to be trended so that undesirable changes can be investigated and quickly remedied.

  • Jaguar Mobilisation Team Preparing for Action

    2018 has been a wonderful year for Jaguar, with numerous contracts successfully retained following tender, and several very exciting new wins.

    This growth, combined with our commitment to customer service and our ambitious plans for 2019 and beyond, requires careful planning and continual reinvestment in our business.

    Mobilisation Manager, Sally Burton, has successfully recruited for key staff to join her busy team and has doubled the number of mobilisation engineers within her department. Significant investment has not only been made in resources, but also in training, equipment and technology.

  • Jaguar Building Services Awarded Gold Environment Certification

    Congratulations to our engineering team at Park House who achieved the Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice. Jaguar were presented with the Gold Environment Certification at the Houses of Parliament on November 12th, 2018.

    The project was undertaken to improve the efficiency of the plant equipment at Park House located in Finsbury Circus. Our team worked in collaboration with CBRE to wholly understand the energy demands of the building equipment used, and as a result, a number of reduction opportunities were discovered.
