  • Jaguar are appointed at the Blue Fin Building

    July 17, 2019

    Jaguar Building Services have been appointed to provide M&E maintenance services at the Blue Fin Building located on Southwark Street.

    The landmark site covers approximately 498,907 ft² and is primarily used as office space. Just a short walk from the Millennium Bridge, the Blue Fin gets its name from the unique 2,000 blue aluminium fins that cover its facade.

    The resident engineering team is made up of 11 employees, dedicated to providing the mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services required within the building.

  • We offer in-house Permit to Work Training

    At Jaguar, we understand the importance of correct permit to work training.

    Our bespoke in-house PTW training course held at Jaguar’s Head Office aims to teach all relevant personnel on-site how to operate an effective permit to work system, and explains how permit systems are a key part of strong safe system of works. The course includes interactive sections exploring previous case studies, and how correct PTW systems could have prevented major disasters.

  • Jaguar appoints two new directors

    We confirm the appointments of Rhona Smith and Liza McGuigan to the Jaguar Building Services Board of Directors.

    Managing Director, Paul Roberts stated; “I am very pleased to make these well-deserved promotions.   • Jaguar raises over £18,000 for the Ivy Street Family Centre

    We are delighted to announce that over the last 12 months we have raised over a whopping £18,000 for our charity partner, the Ivy Street Family Centre. Many of our customers have joined us in our aim to raise money for this fantastic organisation, and we are very proud of everyone’s efforts and donations that have helped to achieve this great result!

  • A great result for Jaguar Building Services

    Following a national tender process, Jaguar are very pleased to announce that we have secured one of the Central London packages and will remain as the chosen M&E service provider at several Cushman and Wakefield properties. In addition to our existing portfolio, Jaguar were also appointed at two additional sites; 1 King William Street and 50 Broadway.

    We will be providing the mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance services to all buildings, which will be supported by our dedicated Account Management department.

  • Jaguar’s Gracechurch Street portfolio is expanding!

    Jaguar have been awarded the mechanical, electrical and building fabric services contract at both 33 & 55 Gracechurch Street in a three-year deal.

    Overseeing the mobilisation of the buildings will be Senior Account Manager Roger Starling, and Account Manager Luke Poole who currently support our existing team at 70 Gracechurch Street.

  • Jaguar secure a further 2-year contract at Citypoint

    We are delighted to announce that Jaguar will be continuing to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance services for a further 2 years at Citypoint.

    Our contract has been successfully held since 2011 and over the last 8 years a consistent high level of service has been demonstrated by our on-site team of engineers, management teams and senior management department.
