    We are delighted to announce that despite the current pandemic, over the last couple of months Jaguar Building Services have both newly secured and retained several properties across London in SW1, W12, EC2, EC3 and WC2. We will be releasing further details over the next few weeks.

  • Jaguar Projects secure Rising Busbar replacement at Kinnaird House

    May 29, 2020

    Jaguar Projects are delighted to have been awarded the project works to replace the Rising Busbar at the prestigious Kinnaird House, Pall Mall, London, SW1.

    The project will involve the replacement of the existing busbar with a new installation including the necessary enabling and builders works to permit installation out of hours with minimal disruption to the tenants of the building.

    The works will commence shortly and last approximately 6 weeks following design and manufacture of the components.

  • Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

    In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, Jaguar are continuing to encourage our employees to actively participate in taking care of their mental health.

    All Jaguar members have access to resources such as Perkbox, Vitality and can receive independent financial advice from PK Employee Benefits - all offering excellent guidance to reduce stress and support a healthy mind.

    We also have 11 qualified Mental Health First Aiders within the organisation, who have been introduced to help tackle the stigma that still surrounds mental health in the workplace and to provide support for those who need it.

  • Jaguar Projects complete AHU Motor Replacement at 33 Cavendish Square

    May 14, 2020

    Our Projects team were instructed to undertake the replacement of two rooftop supply air handling unit fans at 33 Cavendish Square. With local authority approvals for crane lifts advised at 14 weeks, an alternative solution was sought. Through careful planning and involvement with various service delivery partners an alternative means of manoeuvring the fans was found. The new fans were successfully lifted through the building and into final position, with fresh air restored to the building in a timely fashion.

  • Jaguar Projects Secure Switchgear Upgrade at 5 Merchant Square

    May 7, 2020

    Jaguar Projects have been awarded the works to complete the external Switchgear Upgrade MB1 and MB2 at 5 Merchant Square, Paddington.

    The team will be installing bespoke new switchgear for the site, with an estimated project programme duration of 12 weeks. The first stages of the works have already commenced.

  • Jaguar Projects Secure Belgrave House BMS & Fan Coil Unit replacement project

    We are pleased to announce that Jaguar Projects have been awarded the BMS & Fan Coil Unit replacement works at Belgrave House, Victoria, London.

    The CAT A/B bespoke fit-out on the 6th Floor, will consist of a full BMS & mechanical design supply, and the installation of new 4 pipe chilled CHW & HTG fan coils covering 30,639 ft².

    During the current lock-down period, Jaguar Projects continues to adapt to the ever-changing challenges faced within the construction world.

    While adhering to the government guidelines of maintaining social distancing, Jaguar and their specialist subcontractor team successfully planned and completed a crane lift to replace roof plant serving the cooling infrastructure to one of their client’s buildings.

    We are pleased to announce that Stuart Colvin, Water Treatment Consultant at Jaguar has qualified as a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP™).

    The WELL Building Standard is becoming increasingly prevalent in the UK, as more of our customers are working towards providing a healthier environment for their employees.

    So, what does it involve?

    The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based system that measures and monitors attributes of buildings that impact human health and wellbeing through seven concept categories: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind.   • Jaguar secures RoSPA Gold Award

    Jaguar Building Services are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Gold RoSPA award for our health & safety operation in 2019.

    The achievement acknowledges our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our colleagues, customers and contractors.
