  • Jaguar secure 50 Bank Street

    Further to a recent tender process, we are pleased to announce that Jaguar Building Services have been awarded a three- year M&E contract at 50 Bank Street.

    The 216,000 sq. ft. building is located within the heart of Canary Wharf and overlooks Jubilee Place.

    The contract commencing in April 2020 will be led by Account Manager Ian Fairley and a team of six site-based staff.

    Morgan Todd, Assistant Business Development Manager commented:

  • Jaguar’s Account Management team expands

    We are delighted to announce the introduction of Andrew Ghagan to our Account Management team.

    Andrew's career at Jaguar began in 2016 as a Site Manager, eventually progressing to Support Engineering Supervisor in 2019. Andrew has a varied technical background and has significant experience in dealing with our customers and onsite teams.

  • Jaguar retain Kings Place in three-year deal

    March 13, 2020

    We are pleased to announce that following a competitive re-tender process, Jaguar have been awarded a new three-year M&E contract at Kings Place.

    The 339,000 sq. ft. building is a mixed-use development combining a seminal office building with a waterfront restaurant and music & arts facilities. The contract was first awarded to Jaguar in 2008 when the building first opened.

    The 8th of March 2020 is a date set to celebrate women’s social, economic, cultural & political achievements and call for gender equality.

    Although engineering remains a male dominated environment, Jaguar are dedicated to bringing talented women into our organisation and helping them to develop their careers.   • Jaguar prepares for our first 'Nuclear Race!'

    Feb. 27, 2020

    Jaguar will be taking part in our first ‘Nuclear Race’ on 16th May 2020 to help raise money for three special girls, Violet, Seren-Rose and Edie. Monies raised will continue to fund their treatment and specialist therapies.

    Our team of 21 will be battling the infamous deathslide, para-plunge zip-lines & more at the course held in Brentwood, Essex.

    Jaguar Building Services is delighted to welcome Ian Fairley, Account Manager to our ever-expanding Head Office team.

    With over 13 years’ experience within the construction industry, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to the business including both managerial and electrical expertise. Ian will be overseeing a section of our portfolio and will be an immediate contact for our customers and site teams in the city.

  • Fantastic audit score at 1 Westferry Circus

    During a recent site audit conducted by an external consultant at 1 Westferry Circus, our engineering maintenance team received an outstanding compliance score.

    The team also received kind words and praise from both the auditors and building managing agents, Helix Property Advisors.

  • Jaguar are appointed at One Embassy Gardens

    Feb. 11, 2020

    Jaguar Building Services are delighted to have secured a 12-month contract to deliver hard services at One Embassy Gardens, SW1.

    The building is part of a wider development at Nine Elms, The Embassy Gardens Estate which spans 15 acres located on London’s South Bank. One Embassy Gardens is the flagship building within the portfolio made up of both office and retail space covering 215,000 square feet.

    Jaguar will be providing ongoing mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements to the building.
