  • Jaguar Building Services secure Here East M&E contract

    We are pleased to announce that Jaguar will be providing Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services at Here East, located in East London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

    The site has an iconic past as the host of the Broadcast and Press Centres at London’s 2012 Olympic games. The unique campus covering 1.2 million square feet is now made up of three buildings offering retail, office and event spaces.

    Jaguar’s Operations Director, Steve Jackaman commented:

    “This is an exciting and significant opportunity for Jaguar Building Services. This large-scale dynamic estate will showcase the breadth of expertise our organisation has to offer and will further establish Jaguar as leaders within the central London market.”

  • Account Manager, Graeme McSorley joins Jaguar's Head Office team

    Graeme McSorley has joined our Head Office team as the latest addition to our Account Management department. Graeme has 23 years’ experience in the industry and will be another direct support for our customers and site teams.

  • Jaguar help out at Ivy Streets Growbaby unit

    We would like to say a huge thank you to our charity partners, the Ivy Street Center for having us this week.

    We had a great experience sorting through donations for centers Growbaby unit, which receives hundreds of baby clothes and equipment which are provided to parents in need completely free of charge.

    Through spending time with the team, we got to see the hard work that goes into providing such an invaluable service to the community. As an independent charity, Ivy Street rely on the generosity of donations and fundraising. If you would like to donate any of your old baby clothes or equipment, please contact 020 7729 2789.

  • We're supporting the Children’s Intensive Care Unit at St Mary’s Hospital

    May 10, 2019

    We will be donning our Pirate attire again this year for the annual Dragon Boat Race held at Merchant Square, Paddington on 25th July.

    All funds raised by our Pirates will go towards supporting the Children’s Intensive Care Unit at St Mary’s Hospital.

    We’ve had a fantastic response so far in forming our team, and now have several Pirates including: Sid Newbon, Grace Louise Roberts, Roger Starling & Amy Marchant and we have some extra help this year from some new crew members too!

    Jaguar’s Technical Team carry out Energy Monitoring and Targeting (M&T) across our portfolio.

    An effective M&T scheme will provide essential underpinning of your building’s energy management, allowing you to:

    1. Detect avoidable waste.
    2. Identify overall trends in energy performance.
    3. Quantifying energy savings.
    4. Identify potential lines of investigation.
    5. Provide feedback for staff awareness.
    6. Improve budget setting.

    M&T was used at one of our sites to quantify the energy savings following on from a project carried out to improve chiller efficiency.

    Annual Savings:

    • 50,750 kWh
    • £5,075
    • 14,255 KgCO2
    • 28% reduction in chiller consumption

  • We offer in-house Permit to Work Training

    At Jaguar, we understand the importance of correct permit to work training.

    Our bespoke in-house PTW training course held at Jaguar’s Head Office aims to teach all relevant personnel on-site how to operate an effective permit to work system, and explains how permit systems are a key part of strong safe system of works. The course includes interactive sections exploring previous case studies, and how correct PTW systems could have prevented major disasters.

    The function of a permit to work system, is to ensure certain defined operations are prohibited without the specific permission of a responsible Manager. This permission is only granted once stringent checks have been made to ensure all necessary precautions have been taken and that it ...

  • Jaguar are appointed at London’s Royal Albert Dock

    Jaguar Building Services have been appointed as the M&E contractors at London’s Royal Albert Dock. We are delighted to be a part of this exciting new development that intends to help transform East London.

    The development will create 460,000 sq. ft in 21 contemporary office buildings in phase one of six. Ongoing construction will continue over the next several years, with the commercial district totaling 4.7 million sq. ft of office, residential, retail and leisure space.

  • Jaguar raises over £18,000 for the Ivy Street Family Centre

    We are delighted to announce that over the last 12 months we have raised over a whopping £18,000 for our charity partner, the Ivy Street Family Centre.
