Meet Jaguar's Directors
We have a board of six Directors at Jaguar and they all bring something unique to the business. Find out a little bit more about them in their bios below.

Paul Roberts
Managing Director
Paul began his career in 1980 as a mechanical systems design engineer with Oscar Faber Consulting Engineers before starting Jaguar in 1988. The very first contract was the Daily Express offices at Blackfriars.

Steve Jackaman
Operations Director
Steve’s career at Jaguar started in 2004 as a Site Manager. He has an electrically biased background and extensive experience working within critical environments including investment banks and data centres.

Rhona Smith
Associate Director & Business Development Manager
Rhona joined Jaguar in 2001 after several years working in the USA. She encourages others to work hard for success and leads our business development team, selectively bidding with a focus on sensible growth.

Tony Jackaman
Associate Director & Head of Technical Services
Tony began his career with a 4-year building services apprenticeship with Matthew Hall. On completion, he spent 11 years working at a major investment bank before joining Jaguar.

Robbie Kitson
Associate Director
Robbie started with Jaguar in 2001 as a Refrigeration and AC Engineer. After some considerable experience in this field, he moved on to supervising small contracts and then went on to manage large accounts before joining the Head Office team as an Account Manager.

Liza McGuigan
Associate Director & Head of Finance
Liza worked in accounts for a Lloyds broker before joining Jaguar in 1996 as Assistant Financial Controller. Having gained her professional qualifications in 2000, she was made Head of Jaguar Accounts department in 2005.
