How it all began
A history of Jaguar Building Services
In 1988, Paul Roberts spotted a gap in the market for bespoke M&E maintenance services. Driven by a vision to deliver exceptional quality and tailored solutions, he teamed up with a small group of engineers, many of whom remain with Jaguar to this day, and put together a proposal to provide M&E services for the Daily Express offices. That first contract was just the beginning. Jaguar has now grown into a trusted industry leader, built on expertise, innovation, and a people-first approach.

Getting the right team for you
We take great pride in the quality, capability, and professionalism of our people. Every engineer and technician undergoes a thorough technical interview process designed to identify individual strengths and development areas, ensuring we have the right expertise to maintain your building to the highest standard.
Our teams are equipped with detailed knowledge guides covering the systems in their care, including key operational information such as isolation points and system set-points. Alongside the dedicated support of our Technical Team, Energy Department, Contract Support, Human Resources, and wider Jaguar network, our people have everything they need to succeed.
Investing in our staff
Training and Benefits at Jaguar
As proud members of the The 5% Club and through our own Retrain scheme, we invest heavily in our people’s development and wellbeing. In 2025 alone, our teams completed over 250 in-person training courses, supported further by the launch of our dedicated Training Hub at One George Yard – a safe, hands-on environment for apprentices and employees to learn, train, and grow their skills.
We also offer a market-leading benefits package designed to support and reward our people, including private medical healthcare, financial wellbeing support, season ticket loans, Wellness Hub, Employee Assistance Services and so much more.
Supporting our community
Making a difference where we can
In 2025, we proudly donated over £111k to charitable causes and contributed more than 100 hours of volunteering, reflecting our ongoing dedication to social responsibility. Supporting our local communities has always been at the heart of what we do. Our efforts began in 2015 with a partnership with the Ivy Street Family Centre, and today we continue to provide vital support to Pecan, Bow Foodbank, and The Manna Society.
In addition to these charities, we assist several grassroots organisations and actively encourage support for causes close to the hearts of our employees. We also promote regular volunteering days with our partner charities and support their events throughout the year, ensuring our commitment goes beyond financial contributions.
Nabeel Hafeez
Air Conditioning Supervisor
"I started with Jaguar in 2019 as an Air Conditioning Engineer. Over the past 5 years, I have worked at over 50 Jaguar sites and have been promoted to Air Conditioning Supervisor. It is always a pleasure going around the different sites and I have learnt so much in this time; not many companies I have worked at encourage further learning the way Jaguar does.”
