Our in-house quarterly newsletter ‘InSite’ provides information about who we are and how we value our people. We get to know a different team and spend ‘A day in the Life of’ an individual each quarter.

Our latest edition of Jaguar’s in-house company newsletter, ‘InSite’ is filled with good news stories, promotions we are celebrating, our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ winners and much more. In this issue, we also meet Conor Fenton, Maintenance Manager at 55 Ludgate Hill, and we also hear from Will Kendal, Technical Manager who tells us about his time at Jaguar so far.
Issue 11, July 2021
In this issue, our ‘A Day in the Life of’ focuses on Sam Potter and the team at One Knightsbridge Green, with our ‘Spotlight on Site’ featuring the Citypoint team. We also meet Martin Powell, Senior Mechanical Engineer who does some fantastic work across the business.
We are ending this quarter on some excellent Health & Safety news, with two Health & Safety Champions. Both Site Manager Lee at Premiere Place, and the St Botolph team did such a great job we have awarded them both.
Issue 10, April 2021
In Jaguar’s tenth edition of InSite, we meet the team at 1 St Martin’s Le Grand and spend ‘A Day in the Life’ of Amy Marchant, Accounts Clerk who gives us some valuable tips on our internal accounting system, Focalpoint.
We also meet Jaguar’s Vitality Champions on page 16. There are now six Champions in the business who would be happy to tell you more about all of the rewards Vitality has to offer.

In this edition, we take a look back at some of our highlights in 2020, meet the team at Rathbone Square and spend a day in the life of Neil House, Support Engineer Supervisor.
Looking back in review of 2020, despite the circumstances with COVID-19, Jaguar still reached some amazing milestones. Although it has been a very tough year for all of us, Jaguar have pulled together and managed to keep our customers happy and our buildings running.

Despite the unprecedented events this year, we have still managed to find out about how other sites and teams operate. So a huge thank you goes to all of Jaguar for participating in the newsletter throughout 2020.
In this issue, we meet Denis McCormick, Fabric Technician at Nova, and get to know the team at The Landmark. Our winners and runners up of ‘Employee of the Quarter’ are also announced, well done to Rachel Thomas, John Russell, Alfie Squires and the team at 150 Cheapside who all received winning nominations for their hard work over the last quarter.

In this edition, we have a special feature on water treatment provided by our resident Water Treatment Consultant, Stuart Colvin on page 4. Stuart offers some great tips on understanding water treatment on our sites.
We also meet the site team at The Heron, a high-end residential property in the heart of the city and get an insight into a day in the life of Kealey Langdon, our Non- Technical Site Manager at the Blue Fin Building.

In April’s edition, we introduce our 12 new Mental Health First Aiders, who can be contacted for help or advice for anyone at Jaguar.
We also find out more about one of our Roving Engineers, Andrew Rowlands and see what some of our colleagues have been up to during the lock down period.

We have some very exciting news in issue 5 of Jaguar’s newsletter ‘InSite.’ In this edition, we have some big surprises from our HR department, meet the team at One London Wall and look back at 2019 in review.
We had some fantastic achievements including receiving the Silver RoSPA award for the third consecutive year and securing 18 new buildings covering over 5 million ft² across the city!

In October’s issue, we meet the team behind the scenes at Here East, one of Jaguar’s largest sites. The building was reinvented in 2014 and is now made up of 3 buildings covering 1.2 million ft²!
We also get to know Chris Armstrong, Commercial Manager and find out what he does for the business and how he can help Jaguar’s site teams.

In this issue, we meet Luke Poole, Account Manager at Jaguar. We learn about how he has progressed over the years, and where he has picked up his management style.
We also meet the team at Lloyd’s of London and find out how the building is run.

In April’s edition, we announce the winners of our ‘Employee of the Quarter,’ list our latest contract wins, and find out how other teams operate across the business.
We also get to know a little more about our two new Directors, Rhona Smith and Liza McGuigan. With a combined service in excess of 40 years, both have been recognised for their tireless effort, support and contribution to the business.
