A great result for Jaguar Building Services

Following a national tender process, Jaguar are very pleased to announce that we have secured one of the Central London packages and will remain as the chosen M&E service provider at several Cushman and Wakefield properties. In addition to our existing portfolio, Jaguar were also appointed at two additional sites; 1 King William Street and 50 Broadway.

We will be providing the mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance services to all buildings, which will be supported by our dedicated Account Management department.

We would like to thank the engineering teams across our Cushman & Wakefield sites. Their hard work over the years has been a huge part of achieving an excellent reputation within the industry and is a testament to our success in securing additional properties within the portfolio.
