Intelligent Project Oversight, Simplified
Apprise is Jaguar’s tailor-made management information system, designed to give our customers seamless access to real-time data, delivering intelligent project oversight and simplified decision-making through a unified, intuitive platform that empowers users with insights at every stage.
Centralised Management
Apprise provides a single, streamlined platform where users can monitor subcontractor schedules, track technical issues, review contract expenditure, and stay up to date on additional works. Everything you need is in one place, monthly reporting, meeting minutes, and complete transparency into our internal auditing processes.
Built Around Our Clients
Developed with our clients’ needs at its core, Apprise is designed to provide seamless access to real-time data and actionable insights. The ‘Additional Works’ section offers full cost transparency and allows clients to raise queries, submit purchase orders, or upload rejections with ease. The Specialist section is also interactive, enabling clear review of RAMS, PtWs, service reports, certificates, key dates, and completion details, ensuring complete transparency and efficient project oversight.
Advanced Meter Data Capture
Our Meter Readings App supports sites where manual readings are still required and is fully integrated with Apprise, allowing instant access while storing all data within the same secure database. The app can automatically populate the year-on-year meter reading tables within Apprise’s monthly reports. Designed for seamless data capture, it provides smooth, swipeable navigation, reduces missed or incorrect readings and includes photographic records. It also uses QR code technology and functions offline, ideal for areas such as basements where connectivity may be limited.
Evolving Through Collaboration
Apprise continues to grow through ongoing collaboration and customer feedback. This ensures the platform remains aligned with user needs while supporting our teams in driving efficiency, improving workflows, and achieving continuous improvement.
