We continue to make significant progress in energy efficiency across our portfolio. Since our 2021 baseline, we’ve achieved a 21% reduction in energy intensity, putting us firmly on track for our 2030 target of 40%.
Early 2025 projections show annual savings of 19,077,646 kWh, equivalent to £3,040,977 and 3,409,717 kgCO₂e avoided, demonstrating the tangible impact of our data-led approach to building performance.
