Following the successful conclusion of the heating and ventilation plant installation works at 15 Adam Street, we are delighted to have now completed the final phase of the cooling plant replacement project.
The existing 500kW chiller has been replaced with a new modern equivalent. Works included road closure of The Strand, crane lifting operations, pipework & electrical modifications, and integration of the new chiller to the building management system.
