We are pleased to announce the award of a new 3-year contract with CBRE to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance services at Rathbone Square.
Situated just off Oxford Street, the Square is made up of 243,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space and provides 140 private residential apartments, complete with a mixture of cafés, boutique shops and restaurants.
Renata Garwolinska, Operations Manager at CBRE commented on the appointment:
“We look forward to working alongside Jaguar whose extensive experience in mobilisation and technical support will no doubt enable us to deliver an excellent service at Rathbone Square.”
