Lee joined us as a Handyman in 1992 at one of our very first contracts. In those days, only 3 of us were in Jaguar’s Head Office and the industry was nowhere near as sophisticated. A mobile phone didn’t fit in your pocket and a 20Mb hard disk was something to behold!
Under our sponsorship, Lee gained his electrical trade qualifications and became a building services Engineer before progressing to the role of Site Manager and then Account Manager.
Lee spent 15 years as a site-based Manager, and this experience has proven to be indispensable in his role as an Account Manager.
Paul Roberts, Managing Director commented:
“It has been a pleasure to employ Lee over the past 25 years. Those of you who work in the industry will know that it can be a very demanding environment, and I am grateful to Lee for the tenacity and professionalism that he displays every day. Lee is living proof of the benefits of promoting from within.”
Congratulations on your 25th anniversary Lee!
