Energy Assessment Identifies £72,500 in Annual Savings

We’re pleased to share a recent Energy Assessment delivered for a building within our portfolio, supporting our customer’s ongoing BREEAM In-Use certification.

The assessment identified significant opportunities to reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions and operating costs, providing our customer with a clear and costed plan for improvement.

This prestigious London building comprises an art gallery, concert hall and restaurant, with the main tenant operating seven days a week.

Led by our Head of Energy, Adam Nguyen, our energy team completed this exercise, following the principles of ISO 50002 (Energy audits) & CIBSE Guide F.

Utility consumption was analysed and benchmarked, and energy saving opportunities totalling 647,000kWh were identified – equivalent to approximately 104 tonnes of CO₂e and around £72,500 in annual savings, giving the client a clear, costed roadmap to act on.
