We’re proud to share that 15 colleagues have recently completed Mental Health First Aider training, either renewing their qualification or becoming Mental Health First Aiders for the first time.
We now have 18 Mental Health First Aiders across our organisation, strengthening our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported and able to talk openly about mental health.
One of our Shift Leaders shared:
“I’d like to thank Jaguar for giving me the opportunity to attend this course. It’s given me the confidence to provide support and guidance not only to colleagues, but also to friends, family and myself. I was especially encouraged to see so many site-based colleagues and men taking part, helping to break down the stigma around mental health and making it easier for people to seek support when they need it.”
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, and continues to make wellbeing a priority.
