International Women’s Day is on Saturday the 8th of March, and we want to take a moment to celebrate the females that work within our industry.
Our commitment to supporting and empowering women doesn’t just happen one day a year. It involves creating opportunities, advocating for equality, and ensuring an environment where all women feel valued and can thrive.
We spoke to several ladies at Jaguar to get their thoughts on how they have found working within a predominantly male sector, Georgia Crosthwaite, Contracts Support Manager said:
Starting with Jaguar in 2019 as a Roving Administrator, the engineering industry was completely new to me. Over the last 6 years, I have developed my skills and experience, eventually growing into my role as Contracts Support Manager. Working as a woman in this field has been empowering, requiring resilience and determination to break barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
