Jaguar awarded M&E contract for Stonecutter Development

We are delighted to announce that we have secured the M&E contract for a landmark redevelopment at 1 Stonecutter, a major new office scheme in the heart of London.

With 240,000 sq. ft. of premium office space, Stonecutter will feature 13-storys with two basement levels, six roof terraces and retail units on ground floor.

The design is on course to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating (2018), an EPC B, Gold Well certification, and WiredScore Platinum. The construction has utilised carefully sourced materials and energy usage, resulting in 1 Stonecutter attaining the City of London

Corporation’s aspirational embodied carbon target.

With the opening of our new Building Performance Centre, which allows us to automatically collect energy data and implement a tailored monitoring and targeting programme, we are confident that we will exceed the building’s sustainability and energy targets.”

The new contract commenced in March, and mobilisation is underway.
