Jaguar embraces National Appenticeship Week

Jaguar Building Services now have 7 apprentices on board across our organisation. Our focus has been to give each apprentice our inside industry knowledge and provide them with the best possible experience to start their career.

Our team of apprentices rotate site every 6 months to get a true understanding of what it’s like to work within critical environments, experience different leadership styles and most importantly, gain valuable engineering skills.

We also undertake 3 monthly reviews with our apprentices to make sure they are fully engaged and supported within the workplace. This review also allows us to check their progress with the apprentice log book which tracks their knowledge of all M&E systems.
