Jaguar’s Technical Team are now carrying out Ultrasonic Surveys using the brand new Ultraprobe 15,000.
The ultrasound instrument can be used to form part of a complete predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring programme, alongside thermography, vibration analysis and partial discharge testing.
It can also be used to:
- Inspect electrical equipment such as enclosed cabinets or substations
- Diagnose corona, arching and tracking
- Detect early failures on critical slow speed bearings
- Find faulty steam traps
