Jaguar Projects secure BMS upgrade works at 16 New Burlington Place

We are delighted to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Projects have been awarded the BMS upgrade works at 16 New Burlington Place on behalf of JLL.
 
The 24 week project will involve a complete replacement of all the existing TAC BMS main controllers, all main plant, local floor FCU, HB, trench heating, chilled ceiling controllers and infrastructure associated with the building’s plant.
