Jaguar Resecure The Heron

We’re delighted to be starting 2026 with some fantastic news. Following a competitive re-tender process, Jaguar has successfully re-secured the Mechanical & Electrical contract at The Heron.

Located in the heart of the City, The Heron is one of London’s most iconic luxury residential developments. The building offers residents exceptional amenities, including a private club, residents’ lounge, garden terrace and exclusive bar, demanding the highest standards of care, reliability and technical expertise.

Jaguar has been the incumbent at The Heron since our initial appointment in 2013, and this latest contract award further reinforces the strength of our long-standing partnership and the confidence placed in our teams to consistently deliver high-quality M&E services.
