We are delighted to share that we have retained the M&E account at Kings Place for another 3-year term.
Located in the heart of King’s Cross, Kings Place is a 340,000 sq ft mixed-use development, combining a seminal office building with a café, restaurant, music, auditorium and arts facilities. It has been part of our portfolio for over 17 years, with various tenants including Green and Fortune and Kings Place Music Foundation.

The new term commenced at the beginning of April, supported by a team of 4 engineers.
