Jaguar retain St Botolph Building for a further 3 years

Following a recent re-tender process for CBRE, on behalf of Deka Properties, Jaguar have retained the M&E contract at the St Botolph Building for a further 3-year period.

The building is located in the prestigious EC3 insurance district and provides over 500,000 sq ft of office space for City occupiers.

Danny McGarvey is the nominated Account Manager for the contract and has a wealth of site knowledge as he was previously Site Manager for the building from 2018-2020.

Danny commented:
