Jaguar Secures M&E Contract at 160 Old Street

We’re pleased to share that Jaguar has secured the M&E contract at 160 Old Street following a competitive tender process, awarded via our client MAPP for an initial three-year term.

Located in the heart of EC1, 160 Old Street is a newly redeveloped mixed-use building offering approximately 153,000 sq. ft of modern office space, alongside over 6,000 sq. ft of retail and restaurant accommodation. Formerly a Royal Mail building, the site has been transformed into a contemporary workspace and holds a BREEAM Excellent rating and has an A-rated EPC.
