Jaguar Win Lucent M&E Contract

Jaguar are pleased to announce that we were successful in our submission at Lucent for the hard services contract. This newly developed building is tucked behind the iconic Piccadilly Lights. The site is comprised of 110,000ft² office spaces, apartments and retail spaces and recently had its opening on the 12th of October.

The essence of sustainability is embedded in the planning, building, and daily management of the facility. It accommodates more than 600 plants, featuring an open-air atrium with a striking Whitebeam tree in the centre.
