We are delighted to announce the award of a new three-year agreement to provide mechanical and electrical maintenance services at 8 St James’s Square.
On behalf of CBRE, Jaguar will be responsible for the engineering requirements at the stunning 65,500 ft² building located in the heart of the West End. 8 St James’s provides its occupiers with high quality office space, two terraces and exceptional views of the city.
St. James’s is widely recognised as the most prestigious office community in the West End. The location is internationally renowned for its five-star hotels, restaurants, art galleries and member’s clubs.
