Significant Contract Win with Landsec

We are thrilled to announce that following a competitive tender process for the Landsec Workplace Portfolio, Jaguar Building Services have retained our Nova Portfolio agreements and been awarded six additional building services, fabric, and energy performance (BSFEP) contracts.

Our focus will be on delivering a high-quality, responsive service, allowing us to maintain and improve existing accreditations. This has contributed to the environmental goals of our client, including their net zero and carbon reduction targets. The newly acquired sites include:

• 80-100 Victoria Street
• 123 Victoria Street
• 62 Buckingham Gate
• 16 Palace Street
• Zigzag Building and Estate
• Cardinal Estate
