Learning and Growing through Training at Jaguar

Engaging our teams through training to encourage growth within their roles is one of the ways we are investing in our people.

In 2024, our Water Treatment Consultant, Stuart Colvin, held 12 courses on the important topic of Legionnaires’ disease.

His Legionella awareness course provides a comprehensive history, including HSE guidance on control measures for both hot and cold water systems. Attendees learn about the first known outbreak in 1976 and explore key case studies from subsequent years.

Stuart said:

“The content and resources for the water treatment courses I deliver have developed significantly in recent years. We now have data to analyse from 2017 to 2023, and we also have a dissected expansion vessel to create a hands-on learning experience.

The course is beneficial to our customers and engineers alike and I look forward to continuing to host these sessions in 2025.”
