London & Regional have appointed Jaguar as their preferred M&E service partners for their London portfolio.
Jaguar will be responsible for the engineering requirements at seven buildings totalling in excess of one million square feet of mixed-use space comprising:
- 55 Baker Street, W1
- 265 Tottenham Court Road, W1
- 10 Bloomsbury, WC1
- 32 Jamestown Road, NW1
- 10 Parkway, NW1
- The Cumberland Hotel retail, W1
- 366 Kensington High Street, W1
