London & Regional appoints Jaguar for London Portfolio

London & Regional have appointed Jaguar as their preferred M&E service partners for their London portfolio.

Jaguar will be responsible for the engineering requirements at seven buildings totalling in excess of one million square feet of mixed-use space comprising:

55 Baker Street, W1
265 Tottenham Court Road, W1
10 Bloomsbury, WC1
32 Jamestown Road, NW1
10 Parkway, NW1
The Cumberland Hotel retail, W1
366 Kensington High Street, W1
