Mental Health Awareness Week

In light of Mental Health Awareness Week, we had a chat with Jaguar’s Mental Health First Aiders to find out how they coped during lockdown, and what helps them to relax and unwind. Here’s what they said: Jaguar’s Mental Health First Aiders.

We all have stresses and worries from time to time it’s inevitable, especially with the unpredictable events over the past year! However, it’s the way we handle things when times get tough that’s important, and at Jaguar we have plenty of resources available to help support our employees wellbeing.

From our free EAP service, to having a discussion with one of our 11 MHFA’s, to our free Vitality workshops and tips on getting a good night’s sleep that can be found on our internal Health & Wellbeing Group. We are very proud of the vast amount of resources that we have to support everyone here at Jaguar.
