Following a recent tender process, we are delighted to confirm that Jaguar have been successful in securing 11 Westferry Circus. We will be providing M&E maintenance services to the property for a fixed 3-year term.
The 140,000 sq. ft corner office building is situated in one of Europe’s largest and most successful business districts, Canary Wharf. The area offers occupiers a world class retail offering, with over 300 shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
