Paul began his career in 1980 as a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer with Oscar Faber Consulting Engineers. In 1988, he founded Jaguar Building Services, securing the company’s first contract with the Daily Express offices at Blackfriars. Paul believes the strength of a company lies not only in the services it provides, but in the people behind it. Founded on values of trust, commitment, and collaboration, Jaguar remains a family-run business with a shared vision for excellence and first-class service. Paul is immensely proud of the dedicated leadership team and employees whose passion, integrity, and teamwork have made Jaguar’s ongoing success possible.

Since joining Jaguar in 2004, Steve has progressed through the business from Site Manager to Managing Director, building a strong understanding of operations at every level along the way. He has played an important role in shaping the company’s direction and driving improvements across its sites.
He brings extensive technical expertise and a practical, hands-on approach, focusing on delivering consistent operational performance and supporting sustainable growth. Steve also places a strong emphasis on developing his teams and maintaining close working relationships with clients, helping to reinforce Jaguar’s reputation as a reliable partner in complex and critical engineering environments.

Liza began her career in accounts with a Lloyd’s broker before joining Jaguar in 1996 as Assistant Financial Controller. After achieving her professional qualifications in 2000, she was promoted to Head of Accounts in 2005, leading the department through a period of significant growth. In 2019, Liza was appointed Finance Director, where she now oversees all financial operations. As the business has expanded, Liza’s role evolved to include oversight of several key HR functions, acting as the referring Director for the department.
Liza is also responsible for conducting company inductions, reflecting Jaguar’s hands-on and approachable leadership culture. Passionate about people and fostering a positive work environment, she enjoys welcoming new colleagues and helping them feel part of the team from day one.

Tony began his career with hands-on technical training, gaining a solid foundation through practical experience in the field. He went on to build extensive experience delivering critical engineering technical services for a major investment bank, working in high-pressure environments where precision and reliability were essential.
This background has given him a deep understanding of building systems and the demands of mission-critical environments. He now provides expert engineering support to Jaguar’s Technical Services Team, helping to deliver high-quality M&E solutions across a wide range of challenging environments.
Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Tony plays an important role in maintaining standards and supporting our operational teams.

As Head of Business Development, Rhona leads a talented team of engineers, administrators and bid managers, overseeing all new opportunities and contract renewals to ensure each bid is approached with care, common sense, and a long-term view. Rhona joined Jaguar in 2001, when Jaguar was a tight-knit team and many of today’s support functions were still taking shape. In her first few years she gained her NEBOSH certification, reflecting the practical, hands-on approach that continues to define her work. As Jaguar grew, Rhona progressed through management roles in Administration, CAFM and Mobilisation before focusing on Business Development. One of her career highlights has been seeing the company evolve over more than two decades, watching new departments form, and Jaguar become the successful, respected business it is today.

Robbie joined Jaguar in 2001 as a Refrigeration and AC Engineer and quickly established a strong technical foundation. He progressed to supervising small contracts before moving on to manage major client accounts, gaining extensive operational insight along the way. This experience paved the way for his transition into the Head Office team, where he has played a key role in both operational and strategic development.
Over his twenty-five years with Jaguar, Robbie has seen the company’s steady growth and ongoing evolution, consistently enhancing its service offering. Despite significant expansion and change, he remains proud that Jaguar’s core commitment to exceptional service delivery has endured, continuing to shape the company’s success and strengthen long-standing client relationships.

Richard has accumulated 38 years of industry experience, beginning as an Engineer before moving into Project Management. Throughout his career, he has delivered complex, high-value projects across varied environments, shaped by continuous learning and diverse challenges. Since joining Jaguar, Richard has contributed to numerous major projects, notably the Moor House programme in London, where he led a full plant replacement within a live, operational building. The two-year scheme demanded rigorous planning, disciplined execution, and precise coordination to maintain business continuity. Richard credits its success to the expertise and commitment of his colleagues. His career reflects structured project delivery, and effective multidisciplinary leadership across demanding and evolving project environments.

Louise Davies is a Chartered Member of IOSH and serves as SHEQ Director at Jaguar. Since joining the business in 2018, she has built and now leads a high-performing team of nine health, safety and compliance specialists.
With more than 12 years of industry experience, Louise has progressed from Health and Safety Advisor to Director, providing strategic leadership across all SHEQ functions. Her expertise has been instrumental in strengthening Jaguar’s health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
Under her leadership, Jaguar achieved its seventh consecutive RoSPA Gold Award in 2026, recognising the organisation’s continued commitment to excellence in health and safety management.

Sid began his career with an apprenticeship in estates maintenance at BAE, marking the start of a remarkable 45-year journey in the maintenance industry. Over the years, he has held senior roles including General Manager, Account Director, and Operations Director. Sid joined Jaguar as a Senior Account Manager before becoming a Business Unit Head in 2018. Now Associate Director, he leads our largest Business Unit and oversees our in-house system, Apprise. Passionate about innovation, Sid is driving forward new technologies such as digitised plant tours, LoRaWAN and IoT integrations, and the development of building Digital Twins to enhance performance and efficiency.

Will Kendal is the manager of our Technical Team, and has been an integral part of the company for over 17 years. Having progressed through the business from an electrical improver to his current role, Will brings a wealth of practical experience and technical expertise to the organisation.
For the past nine years, Will has been a key member of the Technical Services team, working closely with Jaguar’s electrical and mechanical engineering teams, as well as our Water Treatment and Energy departments. His extensive practical experience has been instrumental in driving technical standards across the business.
Today, Will leads the Technical Team with a strong focus on innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring Jaguar continues to deliver industry-leading engineering solutions and remains at the forefront of the building services sector.

Michael joined Jaguar in 2017 and has since played a vital role in strengthening our financial department. With a background spanning accountancy practice, charity, and insurance, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the organisation. Michael’s strategic insight and financial expertise have supported numerous key projects as Jaguar continues to grow. He is committed to continually enhancing Jaguar’s financial reporting to better support the operational team, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and forward-focused insights. In addition, Michael oversees the maintenance and improvement of the company’s purchasing and accounting software, driving efficiency and supporting long-term business development.

He is responsible for overseeing Business Unit performance, maintaining our customer relationships, and supporting the ongoing development of the portfolio. His role also focuses on building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring they have the structure, support, and direction needed to deliver consistently.
