We are delighted to announce that following an official retender process, Jaguar retained both 150 Cheapside and 2 Gresham Street for a 3 year fixed period.
150 Cheapside is a beautiful 9 storey office building overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral. It has been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2012 and over the last 11 years, our account management team has remained consistent, meaning that we have extensive building knowledge from day 1 of the contract.

2 Gresham Street is a 180,000 ft² prominent office building located in EC2, with a 4,000 ft² communal roof terrace and gardens offering stunning panoramic views.

Jaguar will be providing a full remobilisation and asset verification of both properties, with new asset tagging and there will be a provision for PDAs included.
