Site Spotlight: Delivering Excellence at One America Square

Every quarter, we shine a spotlight on one of our sites to help teams stay connected and share progress.

This quarter, we visited One America Square, a landmark Grade A office building in EC2, providing 230,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Site Manager Jason Ajayi, Mechanical Engineer Abel Abera, and Contracts Support Administrator Laverne Lindo consistently deliver strong performance across a complex site, supporting a range of recent upgrades including chillers, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and wider plant improvements.

The team also recently resolved a long-standing fuel transfer pump control fault by replacing a 30+ year old control system, restoring full reliability to the generator supply.
