Jaguar Projects were awarded the works to replace Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to 3rd And 4th Floors within Capital Court, Uxbridge. The existing FCUs along with the BMS had reached the end of serviceable life.
The units were replaced with modern efficient FCUs and a new BMS was installed with a headend user interface. The BMS included future expansion to allow the remaining floors within the building to be added at a later date. All works were undertaken in a fully occupied premises and were carried out with minimal disruption whilst maintaining a fully operational status for the tenant occupying.
