The Team Behind the Engineers: Meet Our CAFM Team

When people think of M&E building services, they often think of the engineers on site. But every successful contract is supported by a team that ensures the right systems and data are in place long before an engineer arrives. Meet our CAFM Management Team.

From building and managing PPM schedules to supporting contract mobilisations, maintaining compliance, delivering system training and providing day-to-day operational support, the team plays a critical role in keeping our contracts running efficiently.

Over the past year, our CAFM team has grown significantly to more than 30 colleagues supporting four business units. Their growth reflects the increasingly important role they play in supporting our engineers, clients and operations every day.

We asked Contracts Support Manager Georgia Crosthwaite what she enjoys most about her role:
