Well-Deserved Promotions for Samuel Potter and Robert Knebeg

We are delighted to announce the well-earned promotions of Samuel Potter and Robert Knebeg, recognising their continued commitment and contribution to the business.

Both have stepped into expanded technical roles that reflect the experience and practical engineering knowledge that they bring to site operations every day.

Sam Potter has been promoted to Technical Services and Condition-Based Maintenance Manager, where he will lead the development of data-led maintenance strategies focused on improving asset reliability and driving better use of condition monitoring and predictive technologies.

Rob Knebeg will be our Technical Services and Electrical Infrastructure Manager, leading the safe and reliable operation of critical HV/LV infrastructure, planned maintenance strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across electrical systems and site standards.
