Leadership Transition Marks New Chapter for Jaguar

Jaguar is proud to announce an important leadership transition as Paul Roberts steps into the role of Chairman after 37 years as Managing Director, with Steve Jackaman appointed as our new Managing Director.

This milestone marks a significant moment in Jaguar’s history and reflects both the strength of the business and the continued evolution of its leadership team as the company looks ahead to the future.

Over the past 37 years, Paul has played a pivotal role in shaping Jaguar into the business it is today. His leadership, commitment, and vision have guided the company through decades of growth, development, and success, while maintaining the strong values and culture that continue to define the organisation.

As Paul transitions into his new role as Chairman, Steve Jackaman will take over as Managing Director, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of the business following 17 years working closely alongside Paul.

Commenting on the transition, Paul Roberts said:

“After 37 years at the helm, I have decided to step down as Managing Director to take on the role of Chairman. I am delighted to announce that Steve Jackaman has accepted my invitation to become our new Managing Director.

Having worked closely with Steve for the last 17 years, I am confident that he is perfectly placed to maintain our company’s ethos as the business continues to grow.

Working alongside the talented people within this business has been an enormous privilege. While this transition will allow me more time to spend with my family, I look forward to supporting the company’s continued success in my new role.

As always, I would like to thank everyone at Jaguar, along with our customers, for their continued support.”

This transition represents both continuity and progression for Jaguar, with a strong leadership team in place to guide the business into its next chapter.

We would like to thank Paul for his outstanding leadership and contribution over the past 37 years and wish both Paul and Steve every success in their new roles.

Here’s to a successful 2026 and an exciting future for Jaguar.
