Contract Support & CAFM Management
Our Contract Support team of over 30 administrative staff plays a key role in maintaining service delivery across our sites. Working between site teams, engineers, and customers, they ensure asset data is kept up to date and specialist visits are scheduled through our in-house management system, Apprise.
The CAFM team’s data plays a key role in shaping planned preventative maintenance activities for engineers, helping to maintain optimal building performance and support the smooth running of systems. They also log and manage reactive tasks, ensuring they are assigned promptly so engineers can respond efficiently and maintain continuity of service across all sites.
On-Site and Roving Contract Support Administrators
Our Contract Support Administrators are either permanently based on-site or operate across multiple locations in a roving capacity. In this dynamic role, they provide essential day-to-day support, coordinating supplier activity, managing client enquiries, preparing monthly reporting, and assisting with site operations. Working closely with both our engineering teams and our customers, they help ensure our buildings are run efficiently and remain fully compliant.

- Producing reports, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance records
- Liaising with subcontractors and updating statutory documentation
