Project Summary
Jaguar Projects were tasked with undertaking an upgrade to the Male & Female shower blocks located in the basement at Moor Place. The existing showers were installed at basebuild and have been presenting issues as they have aged. The flowrate to the showers was around 40% of basebuild design and so works were required to upgrade and restore this to the original design flow rates.
The showers were closed for an 8 week period to allow for full opening up of the riser and back of house locations. The main challenge was minimising any impact to the tenants in the form of noisy work or any intrusive works requiring additional isolation.
Jaguar Projects were able to complete the project with no delays, and below the original client budget.
The project was completed successfully over a period of 2 months and was handed over with zero snags.
