Initiation and optimisation of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system
Raising of subcontractor maintenance orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness post-asset verification
BMS interrogation and Electronic O&M manual review
Delivery of site tools, equipment, uniforms, and PPE
IT procurement and setup
Setup of health & safety site logbooks, notice boards, and workspaces
Implementation and updating of statutory logbooks, including gap analysis
