We’re proud to play our part in developing the next generation of talent and creating opportunities for young people to build rewarding, long-term careers within our industry. With these 8 new starters, we now have 30 apprentices across Jaguar.
A big thank you to Camilla Schofield, our Training Lead, who gave the apprentices a thorough introduction to our business, including our systems and the support available to them throughout their apprenticeship.
A special thank you to Edmundson Electrical Ltd for supplying the apprentices with their toolkits, an essential part of getting them site-ready from day one.
To our newest apprentices: welcome to Jaguar, and we wish you the very best of luck in your new roles!
For some, this is the first step into their career after leaving school, while for others it marks the start of a new chapter in the building services industry.
On their first day of induction, our Managing Director, Steve Jackaman, and Business Unit Directors, Sid Newbon and Tom Amos, welcomed the new starters and introduced them to the business.
Their induction yesterday was just the beginning. Today, the apprentices will be heading out to their new sites, where they’ll begin gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside our teams.
