Nova Estate is one of the most complex and high-profile developments within Jaguar’s portfolio. Spanning Nova North, Nova South, retail units, residential areas, the service ramp, and an extensive public realm, the estate brings together diverse functional spaces, demanding tenant requirements, and large-scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Its scale and mixed-use nature make it one of the most operationally sophisticated environments we manage.

Jaguar began supporting the Nova Estate in 2015, overseeing the full mobilisation and seamless integration of its M&E operations. From the first day on site, our technical expertise and operational understanding became deeply embedded across the estate, enabling us to deliver consistent, high-performance engineering services to every building and tenant. Today, the estate is supported by a dedicated team of over 20 engineers, who manage daily operations, statutory compliance, and continuous optimisation.

The demanding nature of the estate requires precise coordination, and a thorough understanding of how each area interacts with the next. Our embedded engineering team provides rapid fault resolution, proactive maintenance, and ongoing monitoring to minimise disruption and maintain continuity of service. This hands-on approach is fundamental to supporting both the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of the estate.

Sustainability plays a central role in our work at Nova. Jaguar is actively supporting the estate’s ambition to achieve carbon zero by 2030 through a combination of energy-saving initiatives, plant room upgrades, BMS optimisation, and more sustainable operational practices. Each initiative is designed to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high standards of comfort and reliability expected by tenants and residents.

Over the years, Jaguar has successfully mobilised the entire estate, integrated complex building systems, and consistently delivered reliable M&E services to high-profile commercial tenants. The long-term presence of our dedicated engineering team has provided the estate with stability, expertise, and trusted operational oversight. Our sustainability work continues to align with Nova’s carbon-zero ambitions, and our unwavering focus on compliance and system reliability has helped maintain exceptional operational standards across the estate.
