Who we are and what we do

Based in the City of London, we are specialists in the operation and maintenance of complex building services systems. We limit our operations to static sites from Canary Wharf to the West End. This ensures our Account Managers can support our customers and site teams effectively. We pride ourselves at being accessible at all levels, from the Engineer on call to the Managing Director.

About us

Building Centre and Training Hub

As part of our continued investment in innovation and employee development, we launched a new Building Performance Centre and Training Hub at One George Yard in 2025, just a short walk from our Gracechurch Street office.

The facility provides a dedicated environment for technical training and building performance management, strengthening the support we provide across our portfolio. Bringing together both our Technical and Energy teams under one roof at One George Yard also enhances knowledge sharing and our ability to deliver more efficient, data-led maintenance solutions for our clients.
