Jaguar Re-secure One Westferry Circus

We are delighted to have been awarded a three-year extension at One Westferry Circus

Located in Canary Wharf, One Westferry Circus has been part of our portfolio for over 18 years. During this time, we have consistently received excellent audit scores for our engineering services at the building.

Currently, One Westferry is undergoing a complete refurbishment. Once completed, it will offer over 205,000 square feet of modern workspace, featuring new common areas and outdoor terraces.
